At IDL we run and operate our own Development Business, Blue C Developments. Undertaking our own developments in the UK and overseas gives us a unique perspective of client expectations.
We demand the same exacting quality of delivery from the consultant teams employed by Blue C as we know clients expect from us.
We currently have a range of projects in our ownership; including a £45million residential development and a 15,000sq ft boutique shopping centre, both in Cyprus.
We also have two residential development projects in the UK.
For all our prospective developments we carry out due diligence, undertake architectural feasibility studies, financial appraisals and if the development is viable; we manage funding and proceed.
IDL provide development consultancy to clients seeking to optimise latent value within their property portfolios. Partial or full redevelopment of a site can attain considerably higher values for owners.
