All our team are client facing, we believe technical skills are borne from good site experience and an understanding of the construction process. The teams are representatives of IDL and confident in dealing with Contractors and Clients alike.
Technical ability is taken for granted. We only employ staff capable of demonstrating the highest level of expertise in their chosen field be they a recently qualified technician, seasoned Architect or Project Manager. As a minimum requirement new staff are expected to have an above average proficiency in AutoCad. Additional IT related skills may be beneficial, but by no means a pre-requisite. CAD proficiency will be tested as part of the interview process. However we believe personality, enthusiasm, confidence and commitment are just as important if not more so than technical ability. It is vital that new staff integrate quickly and are soon able to improve our ability to deliver more projects to more clients.
