The Directors

  • Steve Carle was formerly the Managing Director of a major national architectural practice, initially managing their office in the Czech Republic and formerly their London office. Steve has been a practising architect for sixteen years and has a wealth of experience in a wide range of work sectors, as well as office and financial management.
  • Sarah Graves has been working in retail architecture for over fifteen years and is a well known and respected, figure in the retail industry, bringing an unrivalled level of expertise to our business and to our Clients. Her practical, pro-active approach and commitment ensures quality of delivery. She leads by example ensuring all of our team deliver their projects to the same high standards she expects of herself. Her enthusiasm for her work is infectious, reflecting in a relaxed office environment where our team benefit from her excellent mentoring skills.
  • Mark Lumbis has been a practising Project Manager for over ten years with a wide knowledge of the Industry. He is a qualified Q.S. and H&S consultant. Mark understands how to make things happen, how to minimise risk, and how much it will cost. Mark's knowledge, practical and pragmatic approach, always putting the needs of our clients above everything else has earned him a solid reputation in the industry as someone who clients and contractors enjoy working with.
