Employing Architects, Interior Designers, Cost Consultants and Project Managers we can consult on a service by service basis or deliver entire projects. Our design teams provide the inspiration and technical no how, whilst our cost consultants ensure every project is well considered, value engineered and cost effective. Our Project Management teams take a common sense approach overseeing the entire process and ensuring efficient delivery.
IDL also have their own development arm, Blue C Developments and a major project in Bafra, Cyprus of over 400 apartments as well as a major residential development in Lincolnshire. As experts and advisors in emerging green technologies we are working with Kingston University on an innovative energy saving door control mechanism set to transform the industry.
